For some, Thursdays are TBT, but at the Montana Club each Thursday is TT, i.e. Tasting Thursday, when our Executive Chef & Bar Manager demonstrate the diverse capabilities of our culinary & bar staffs for our Members & their guests! Tonight's TT small plates & pairings will bring a ray of Southwest sunshine to even the gloomiest Helena day beginning at 5.30 p.m.: Ceviche with bay shrimp, grapefruit, jalapeno & cilantro paired with Adami Prosecco; Beef Tenderloin with mole & Spanish rice paired with Aguijon de Abeja Malbec; & Tostada with chicken, green chilies & corn tortilla paired with Carlton Cellars Sauvignon Blanc! ¡Buen provecho!
