Tasting Thursday

This week's small plates & pairing features a single wine, Chateau Recougne's  Bordeaux Superieur 2010.  The small plates are:  Onion Gratin with onions, beef broth, gruyere cheese & garlic crostini; Cassoulet with duck breast, country duck sausage, tomatoes & white beans;  Apple Tart Tatin with chocolate mousse & caramel sauce. $12/plate or $30/all plates.
