Vietnamese Cuisine Tasting Thursday

Following the Annual Meeting, Executive Chef Marc & Bar Manager Anthony will present a small plate menu & pairings comprised of Pho Bac with tenderloin tips, kale & rice noodles paired with Asahi Super Dry Rice Lager; Duck with hoisin, Vietnamese pancakes & scallions paired with Tsingtao Lager, & a Spring Roll with shrimp, nouc cham, & romaine paired with Lucky Buddha Pale Lager. $12/course or $30/all courses; reservations are not required.
