Moroccan Cuisine Class with Executive Chef Marc

In partnership with The Pan Handler,  we will explore the  flavors of Harissa and Ras el Hanout from Northern Africa. We'll make a Harissa spice blend and use it in Moroccan Spiced Lamb.
